I really wanted to like it, but the flavor was just kinda bland to me. Not awful or anything, just didn’t have much taste at all, so I probbaly wouldn’t get it again

Not gonna lie, the waffles were good and they arrived in decent shape. The toppings tasted nice too, but for the price, I expected the portions to be a bit more generous. It’s definitely a nice treat once in a while, but I probably wouldn’t order regularly unless there was some kind of deal.

I was hoping belgianwaffle.com would have a bit more to pick from, but the menu felt limited. It’s mostly the same style of waffles with slightly different toppings, and if you’re not in the mood for something super sweet, there really isn’t much there.

I checked more than once because I thought maybe I’d missed another section or something, but nope, same issue again. For a place that’s all about waffles, it gets tired fast. I really wish they’d add more variety.

I had an issue with my order and reached out to support. They did eventually get back to me and sort everything out, which I appreciated! It just took longer than I thought it would, so that part was a bit frustrating. Still, at least they responded and fixed the problem.

I saw a discount offer on belgianwaffle.com and figured I’d place an order, but the code kept showing as invalid at checkout. I tried entering it a couple of times, which was already more effort than it should’ve been, and the price never changed. I even reached out to support, but they weren’t really helpful. felt like I wasted my time, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

A friend had recommended this place for a quick waffle, so I stopped in expecting a nice little treat, but the vibe felt off right away. The place looked dull and kind of untidy, with sticky tables, crumbs on the floor, and lighting that made it feel more like a waiting room than somewhere you’d want to relax.
The music was also way too loud, which made it hard to settle in or enjoy the visit. I really wanted to like it since my friend spoke well of it, but I just didn’t feel comfortable staying and ended up wanting to leave quickly...

I reached out hoping someone could actually help, but it felt like I was just being passed from one person to the next with no real answers. Nobody seemed to take ownership of the issue, and in the end I got no help at all. Really disappointing customer service.

I had already seen a couple people mention the packaging wasn’t great, so I wasn’t exactly shocked when mine showed up with the box all crushed. The waffles were kind of a mess inside too, which pretty much confirmed what I was already thinking. Taste might be fine, but the delivery/packaging definitely needs work.

The staff really ruined the experience for me. We weren’t asking for anything complicated, just trying to order and ask a basic question, but it felt like even that was too much for them. They barely made eye contact and answered in this short, rude way like we were annoying them. The food might’ve been okay, but it’s hard to enjoy anything when you feel brushed off over such a simple request. I don’t see myself going back.

But my order wasn’t quite right, one waffle was missing, and the toppings weren’t the ones I chose, even though I paid extra for them. The food was still edible, but it’s frustrating when you don’t get what you ordered. Just a heads-up to others: check your order as soon as it arrives, especially if you added paid toppings. Hopefully they start checking orders more carefully before sending them out.

Sometimes the waffle is soft and actually really nice, but other times it shows up dry, hard, or way too sweet. The toppings feel random too, like one day there’s a decent amount and the next it’s barely anything, which is a bit annoying when you’re craving...
For the price, I expected it to be more consistent. I wouldn’t say it’s always bad, because I have had some good ones, but it’s just hard to know what you’re going to get each time...

I don’t know what happened, but the ingredients did not taste fresh at all. Everything had that cheap, kind of off flavor, and I was confused because I expected better. Like, make it make sense.
